include the pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants now in the united states. the lawmakers also want enhanced border security. the president's plan is introduced tomorrow. >>> undocumented immigrants can now apply for a driver's license in illinois. governor pat quinn signed the new law into effect yesterday. in order to get a license, undocumented immigrants would have to take a driving test and carry car insurance. illinois is the fourth and most populous state to issue licenses to the illegal immigrants. and not the only state because there's illinois, new mexico, washington state and in utah, you can get a driver's permit. >> that's interesting. there's definitely some headway on this issue. the plan that will be revealed, it's a broad stroke plan. they're hammering out the details, including the pathway citizenship would take and how the border would be deemed secure. so they're still working through the details. that's where always the devil is. but based on the last election, that's why immigration is such a huge issue. the hispanic population is growing. the number
